We offer a 30-day return policy for the 24/7 golf enclosure. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Software purchases are non-refundable.

Product Information
Each Golf Studio / Enclosure includes:
- Frame made of lightweight powder coated steel tubing and pin lock connect
- Impact screen (HD quality & Low noise)
- Side and roof protection.
Available in different size, side barriers not included, hitting mat not included.
- Assemble the Frame: Use the provided click-together metal frame components to create the structure.
- Attach the Impact Screen: Secure the HD-quality projector screen to the frame using the Velcro attachments for a taut and professional fit.
- Add Protection Pads: Position the side and roof protection pads for additional safety.
- Set Up the Projector: Mount your projector using the included projector mount kit and connect it to your simulation software.
The 24/7 Golf Enclosure comes with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. The impact screen, as a consumable item, is not included in the warranty. To prolong the life of the impact screen, use clean, undamaged golf balls to minimize wear and tear.

I purchased the 4k premium impact screen and although there was a bit of a hold up with customs (as I’m in the uk) it hasn't effected my opinion on this product.
